Our portfolio currently has over 600 different designs spread over 16 different ranges - and that does not include those created for private clients ie corporations, hotels etc.

We think that our cards are beautiful and we know you and your customers will love them as much as the intended recipient. But that's not all ...

We have designed our cards to fit perfectly into a standard sized picture frame so they can be kept as a beautiful keepsake.

You may even choose to frame a few yourself as an additional sales line or to demonstrate how good they look in a frame. We produce a very specific style of greeting card with quality high gloss images, hand mounted on 290 gsm cream cardstock. The cards are blank inside and are supplied with matching envelope and protected in a clear cellophane wrapper.
The card dimensions are 18 cm x 13 cm (7 x 5 inches).

Having trouble tracking down verses ? We can alter most of our cards to suit your needs - all you have to do is let us know what card you want with what verse - there is not normally a charge for this.

We can use many of our own images or you can provide us with your own.
In the past, we have been asked to create personalised cards for a wide variety of clients including corporations, visitor attractions and visitor centres, hotels,towns etc.

It costs no extra to personalise cards
but they are subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 cards.

Information on how to order and terms of sale.

We want you to find your online shopping experience with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Ordering from us is safe, quick and easy using our secure server - we accept payment by cheque, postal / money order, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB and now Paypal. You can fax, telephone or post your order but the easiest way is by using our secure shopping cart. When you click the 'add' buttons on this website, the items you want are placed in a virtual shopping cart.

Clicking on the 'view cart' button will display your cart contents. To amend order quantities, simply go to your cart and edit them there - then click 'recalculate'.

Once you have finished shopping, click 'go to payments'. Here you will be required to enter your address and payment details.

If you are paying by cheque, please print the order page (you will be prompted where it is appropriate to do so) and send it along with your payment to us.

If you wish to pay by credit / debit card but not over the internet then you should print out our order form and post or fax it with all relevant card details. You can of course order using a card by telephoning us.

When we receive your order, we will process it promptly and contact you if there is any problem. Whichever way you pay, we will not debit your account until we have your order ready - even if you have paid over the internet.

Cards are priced at £ 1.00 each and are supplied in packs of 3

Payment method: We accept Visa, Visa-Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and Paypal. Your card will not be debited until the order is ready for despatch. You may, if you wish pay by cheque or postal order. These should be made payable to Sacha Smith.
Ordering methods :-
Internet : Internet orders can be made 24 hours a day - seven days a week.

By Phone : Contact us on 01721 724 479 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. When you call, you should have your order and your payment details close at hand.

By Post : Send your completed order form with payment to us at: Sacha Smith, PO Box 13803, Peebles, Tweeddale, EH45 8WX. You can pay by debit / credit card, cheque or postal order if you order by post.

By Fax : You can also fax us your order on: 01721 724479 - please provide card details.
Delivery: We aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 days approx. depending on the time of year, but orders which contain personalised goods may take a little longer. If you are paying for an item using a cheque, we must wait for the cheque to clear before we can send your goods. If you need a particular item for a certain date, please contact us and let us know. At present, all orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Delivery charges: Delivery charges are by weight - the charges are automatically calculated as you add items to the shopping cart.
International orders: Delivery charges outside UK are charged at cost.
Returns: We regret that personalised / made to order items are non-returnable, but if a personalised / made to order item is damaged in transit, we will replace it like for like. All returns must be in their original packaging and in an unused state. All returns must be authorised by ourselves beforehand.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our giftware, each item is unique and individual. As such, slight variations may occur between items. Fabrics may vary slightly but colours will always be as stated. Due to the use of vintage and antique fabrics and trims, slight irregularities may be found - this is not a fault in the product but a characteristic of vintage and antique materials. Stated sizes are approximate.
